Who we are
This website is a static marketing site for Imprint Esthetics. It describes services and links visitors to appointment booking. It is not a medical records system and does not run a custom backend that stores customer accounts on our own servers.
What information may be collected
Depending how you use the site, information may be handled as follows:
- Appointment booking. Scheduling (and any payment or intake questions inside the calendar) is provided through an Acuity Scheduling embed. When you book, your name, contact details, appointment choices, and any answers you enter in Acuity’s forms are processed by Acuity / Squarespace under their systems and policies, not by a database we built for this website.
- Contact form. The contact page opens your own email app with a draft message (mailto). Names, email addresses, and message text you include may be sent by email to our business inbox (imprintesthetics@gmail.com). This site does not store those messages on the web host.
- Email signup. The signup forms open your email app with a draft to our business inbox (imprintesthetics@gmail.com) asking to be added to openings and studio news. This site does not store those addresses on the web host.
- Shop. Featured retail on this site is informational. Online product purchases go through the third-party GlyMed Plus store linked from Shop Retail. Products may also be sold in person at the studio. This website does not run its own checkout.
Skin and health-related details
If you need to share private skin or health information related to a service, please do so through the booking calendar (Acuity) intake steps when available, not through the contact form or casual email, if you can avoid it. This static site does not provide a custom backend to store medical or service records.
How Acuity stores and protects intake answers is governed by Acuity’s own terms and privacy practices.
How information may be used
Information you provide through booking or email may be used to schedule and provide services, respond to questions, and operate the business. We do not claim that “we never share data.” Third parties involved in running the site experience — including Acuity, your web host, email providers, Google Analytics, and (if used) payment tools inside Acuity — may process data as needed to deliver their services.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics may set cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can limit this with your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
Third-party embeds (especially the Acuity booking calendar and its scripts) may also set cookies for scheduling, security, or their own operations. Your browser settings and Acuity’s disclosures control much of that behavior.
Third parties
- Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace), appointment booking, related payments/intake as configured in that account.
- GlyMed Plus, linked retail store for recommended homecare. Purchases and account data on that store are processed by GlyMed Plus, not by this website.
- Website host / CDN, serves these static files; may see standard web server or access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
- Email, if you use the contact form, message content travels through your mail app and the email systems that deliver it to us.
- Google Analytics, usage measurement for this website (Google LLC).

Privacy requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information we hold via email or business records, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
Booking data held in Acuity may need to be handled through Acuity’s tools or support, or by us acting within that platform. Some requests may require steps on both sides.
Children
This site is aimed at adults arranging beauty or related services, including Youth facials booked by a parent or guardian. It is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
